Battle System
Battles will be fought on a one on one (1v1) basis, with the exception being no more than a two on one (2v1) unfair battle; otherwise the battle sides must be weighted equally, with battle pairs being no more than a three on three (3v3). Posting order MUST be established AND agreed upon by ALL participants BEFORE the battle.
Each character is required to have their stats completed and approved by admins BEFORE they can engage in any combat. Stats are important as they will determine not only how much damage one can take (Health), but also how much they can defend against (Defense), how much damage their magics will do (Mag), how quickly they can move (Speed), and their willpower to keep battling (Stamina). You have a total of 350 points to allocate among your stats; you may not put more than 150 points in each stat; it will be easier to keep stats to denominations of ten (10). |
Sparring
• ALWAYS 1v1
• Combatants may not mortally wound/kill one another • Spar is over when one yields or cannot continue to fight • First warrior to run out of stamina forfeits |
Battles
• MUST be supervised by an Admin or Moderator
• Combatants may die during battles • Speed will determine posting order, if speed is the same for both combatants then a coin toss will determine order • The first person to run out of health loses. If you run out of stamina you will begin expending health as well to attack. When your health reaches 0 (Zero) you die. • If you run out of stamina, your opponent can choose to spare you |
Wars
• Wars are larger scale and can only be waged by Leaders (Admins) or Seconds (Moderators)
• Each side may send in a MAX of five (5) combatants to a war; this team MUST include ONE Admin (Lead) OR Mod (Second) • If either side cannot muster 75% of the opposing side's forces then they automatically forfeit the war [EX: If one side has 4 fighters the opposing side must at least have 3] • A formal challenge must be made both OOC and IC in order for a war to commence. When this challenge is made you must set parameters. These parameters must include: Why the challenge is being issued, who is entering combat, and what happens upon losing |
Valor
• Valor points are award to warriors who have entered combat and emerged victorious
• Valor points can be used to upgrade your character • You gain 1 (one) Valor point for each successful combat endeavor, including sparring • Each warrior belonging to the victorious pack in WAR will gain 3 (Three) Valor points • You need 5 (Five) Valor points to gain 1 (one) stat level [Increase 1 stat by 10] |
